I made a pretty darn good dinner the other night: Lime cilantro peanut pesto pasta salad, found here, glazed Asian chicken found here, and grilled zucchini and asparagus. And then to top it all off I made my first ever chocolate souffle found here. Ok there was a tiny bit malfunction when I took the collar off but it was so good, like so tender and delicious and gooey and we served it with homemade chocolate sauce.
Okay so.. you are amazing cooking that! Look at you go. Maybe you should come cook at my house. I have not cooked for a long time..
